Jean and Saartjie Duvenhage have always had one vision: to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. “And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers to do their own works of ministry, and as they do this they will enlarge and build up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12, The Passion Translation). Whether the saints are children or adults. Over the years they were involved in ministry in Pretoria, France, Polokwane and Zambia. They have worked in churches, Christian schools and Bible Schools.
Over the years God has used them to start new works, whether a children’s ministry, a youth ministry, schools or Bible schools. They have always worked as a team.
Jean achieved a diploma through Rhema Bible Training Centre. He also completed certificates in Church Management and Marketing through UNISA. In the next month, he will be graduating from SATS with a BA in Theology.
Saartjie attended Rhema Bible Training Centre and was in the charter class of the Psalmody Academy. She subsequently obtained a BA(Hon) in French (UNISA) and is busy with her Masters in Educational Leadership through NICE in Australia. The focus of her capstone project is Digital Education.
God has blessed Jean and Saartjie with a beautiful son.
Jean is responsible for Student Support at SAHCET (helping students studying through other universities) while Saartjie is the COO for this project.
